: all e21 fans,
:
: Listen, Don't get me wrong, I think that even getting rid of the car is stupid, and even more rediculas is the fact that it is being replaced with something made of " TURBONIUM ". This is a friend that I really care about, and I want what is best for him. I WILL BE MORE THAN GLAD TO SEE THE CAR GO TO A LOVING OWNER THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. BUT.........
: He paid over $6,000 us for the damn thing less than 3 years ago. He has also put over $3,000 US in parts for it. I felt that the $ 1200 or so that he might get out of it as a whole car would justify parting it out. While I have owned 2 320is, and many other Bimmers, ( all others being 5's ), I would be the first person to say KEEP IT and DRIVE IT FOREVER! BUT.. He is not even close to being able to maintain a " side car " for fun on the weekends.
: That Being said, If someone is willing to pay $3000.00 US for this car, you can have it, Personally, I feel it is a clutch master cylinder away from being a new 320i.
: I welcome any responses.
: As My bmwcentral mailbox will only hold so much mail, pls feel free to mail to npanich@ameritech.net.
: By the way, I am Not Making a cent on this car. He is my friend and I wish to help him.

: Respon: Hello all,
: : I have a friend who is in the market to sell his 1983 320i. I believe the car is worth more in bits and pieces than as a whole car.
: : Here are the details:
: : EVERYTHING except for the clutch master cylinder is either perfect or brand new.
: : The engine has only approx: 75K orig. miles. No wrecks, cracks etc.
: : I would like to get offers on the parts of the car, as I have offered to do the dismanteling, and selling of them. No part is too small or too large, I also have a cutting torch, so body parts are not out of the question either. ( no rust at all )
: : Please post offers or e-mail me @ brokernick@bmwcentral.com
: : Nick
: : car is located in Indiana.
I believe in you, I needed a clucth master cylinder also for my bimmer. I got one from BMP for under 40 dollars. One four hour day and a repair(WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS)manual and the car was good as new.
