Changing my brake lines?? (archive)

My brake lines are starting to rot. (my fuel lines just went and i had to replace though.. dripping gas is no fun at all) I was wondering, if anyone has any tips for me, before I go and replace the lines. Is this a difficult job? What type of lines should i use? Cheapest place to get them? Anything i should know before i attempt this repair? Thanks!
