Should I have a local muffler shop build a complete performance exhaust for my 1980 323i for about $600 or is there a better option??? The entire exhaust needs replacement.

What's the concensus on Eibach vs. H&R. A shop is trying to steer me toward H&R and I'm not sure how to go. I'll likely buy Bilsteins....
