325i headders are more readily available. The head is essentially the same for purposes of the exhaust conversation.

The diffrence lies in the down pipes and angle into the converter and such. I would bet that a 325i header would bolt right up and only require a custome center. I have not (YET) tried this, but If you give me 6 or 8 months ill tell you for sure. If you get a BMP catalog and study the photos, then take some measurements in the car, I think you will agree with me on this.
