As you were told already, some euro models (the basis ones) had only 2 headlights (but they were big ones).
the models are : 315 316 318. the 318i 320/4 320/6 320i and 323i were fitted with dual headlights and these dual headlights were made of yellow glass in France only.

For those who are interested, i have brand new euro single headlights to fit any of these basis model cars.
Caution : anyone wanting to go from dual headlights to single headlight would have to change the support as well as the front grill.
