CAUTION : I checked on the Electronic Part Catalog by BMW and the part numbers for the front blinkers glass differ from the USA model to the European model. (clear orange)

The clear blinkers for Euro model can be purchased in Germany by a store called :

They have lots of different stuff for BMWs including E21. Maybe you want them to send you a catalog first.
Prices on the former catalog (i don't have the latest one) :
White blinkers : part # MTS.B.0006 DM125,00 which is about $67+p&p
I've also been told that the store D&W in Germany would have them, but they didn't 2 years ago when i visited them... and they were not on their catalog... maybe you want to call them and make sure.

Before any order make sure that the blinker glass would fit any Euro and USA model... When i get the chance to bring a regular euro model orange glass to a friend in the USA to check if it works correctly, i will come back here to confirm or not. For the moment i would be very cautious... but any European visitor of this site can order with no risk at one of the mentioned stores.
