OPEL is an european make of car, which belongs to General Motors... Kadett is the name of a car model... like the 3 series for BMW...
Many Kadett models were produced throughout time, and the one you want to look for is early 80s.
If you can't find them, ask one of GM dealer if an equivalent model was sold in the USA under another make name or modell... (Vauxhall is the English (GB) equivalent of OPEL (continental Europe))
