320i brake pads (archive)

After using performance pads in my non-BMW daily driver for a few months, I now want to make the same upgrade to my 83 320i. What's available for this car, and what do you recommend? I no longer autocross my 320i, nor does it see the track, so a decent performance street/autox pad is what I'm looking for, not a top of the line racing pad. Brakes are currently 100% stock, and I'm not too interested in doing a 77 vented front disc or 323i rear disc conversion, just in getting a bit more braking performance than I have now. Thanks!
