The bad vacuum hoses were the two fat ones above the airbox. After 5 minutes of running they would start to collapse and one was being pinched by the bracket that holds them above the airbox. I ended up shortening the hose that ran off it to the inlet manifold to keep it clear (after replacing it of course). This problem caused it to stall. I used to have a surging during warm up until I finally replaced my injectors and fuel distributer. When you are sure it isn't a vacuum problem I'd look there next. THe fuel pressure regulator (accumulator) might be malfunctioning also. Good luck.
