My car was running fine on the highway when all of a sudden lost power and died. I have spark and found the inlet fuel pressure to be correct(70 psi). The car starts (w/difficulty) and barely idles - throttle does nothing. I thought of a fuel pressure regulator. The manual has a diagram with oxygen sensor, electronic control unit, frequency valve, cold start valve, and warm-up regulator connected to the fuel distributor. I am guessing the frequency valve (replacing pressure regulator?) may not be sending enough fuel to the distributor.
Does anybody have an idea ?
