The first thing you need to do on these cars is check all the vacuum hoses. If you have a leak it will run too lean to start when it is too warm to activate the cold start injector. BMP sells a kit with all of them(including the intake boot - mine was torn underneath) for about $50.00. These cars run in a perfect vacuum. Even pulling out the dipstick will cause a properly tuned one to stall!
