: Hi! My name is Paul. I have an annoying problem.
: I had a 318i E21, 1981 model. I made some modifications to transform it into a 323i.
: So I purchased some parts from a 1979 323i
: - entire transmission
: - rear arms, shocks and springs
: - front shocks and springs
: - front and rear brake system
: - electrical system (for 6 cyl. engine)
: - fuel injection (K-Jetronic for 6 cyl.)
: - cooling system
: - E30 2300 ccm engine
: - the front cross member
: I have to mention that I kept the original front arms and anti-sway bar.
: All the operation runs well except the fact that the front side of the car is much higher then normal, then the original car or then any E21. I can't understand why, because I use E21 323 springs and shocks on 2300ccm engine. Could you give me some clues about this ?! Thanks

Very strange, especially with a heavier engine... Why don't you try the 318i front suspension... ? maybe it will cure your problem, but i admit i don't understand why...
