Thanks guys, I think I solved it by sanding the connection of both ends of the ground of the battary & the battary tray.

Only a little bit jump up of the temp. gauge when the rmp drops under 1000 when I release the gas suddenly w/out toe & heel. Besides, it goes normal beyond 1000rpm. Do you think it okay or should I jump out one more ground from battery would even better ?
