The fuel pump on my friends 3-series seized up yesterday. I've taken it off the car and bench tested it and gut feel says there's some gunk obstructing the pump. It tries to move but won't spin, and those who have looked at these pumps before know that there's not much you can do. I tapped on the case but don't know what else to try. I don't have any compressed air available, any other ideas?
