E21 320i -80 becomes Weber 40 with 292 deg camch. (archive)

Ive installed two webwe 40 carburettors onto my M10 engine combined with a camshaft of 292 degrees (shrick) using "london" for air-extensioners. Ive timed and tried a lot to get everyting right but the result is that my car has grown really slow even though it runs fine. What could i have done wrong?
Please give me suggestions and tip's.
