Put the camshaft in first, then install the #1 exhaust rocker assemble followed by the #2 then #3 and finally #4(closest to the distributor)
Repeat on the intake. When installing the rocker shafts, make sure you have them in right, check the plugs(i believe they should be on the sprocket end of the head)
If your rockers are still installed you can remove the circlip and slid the rocker arm to the side, ive never installed anything other than the stock but there should be no problem with a schrick. It's a bit of a hassle but doable.

: I was wondering if anybody had a copy of the manual on the head assembly or knows where I can get a manual for my 77 320i. In general, I am having trouble putting the head together with this Shrick cam.
