Though I plan to build a 'starter' turbo system based on a 320i engine (bolted into a 2002 b/c its lighter), I'm also doing this to get as much disucssion of turbos onto the boards. If you would, flip over to the 2002 board and add any comments you have to the growing discussion there.

I favor the idea of a low boost (5-7psi) system to learn on, then building a 325is'ed turbo 2002 to eat Vettes and Vipers.

BTW, what compression ratio/boost combo are you running and conservatively how much horse power are you making?

Also, what turbocharger are you using, and if applicable, what car did you scavenge it from?
