Basically the majority of the 1day body / paint shops aren't that good. It just depends on whether they prep the cars before they paint etc. Most of the people that i know that have tried them seem to have okay paint jobs. But the majority of them come out with orange peel, overspray, paint over the car as is without prepping (bird droppings etc). If I were you and you decide to paint your car this way I suggest that you find out when the shop chages their sprayguns' tips. I also suggest that you prep the car up yourself and then bring it to them. i.e. take off the euro bumpers, mask off the chrome trim etc. I also suggest that you have them spray a generous amount of paint on your car. Then i would wait about 2 to 3 days and then wetsand it yourself using 400 grit as a base and then you can work your way up. Afterwards you can buff your car until it has a shine. A respectable autobody paint store will have the stuff you need.

As for the Dupont paint , the company warrants it for the life of the car provided that everything that you use is a Dupont product used according to their istructions. Other than this it is very good.
