You'll gain a small amount of acceleration and a much more noticeable increase in engine revs as you keep up with highway traffic, and you'll have to use about 35psi minimum to maintain the weight capacity of the tires matched to your car's weight, even lightly loaded. My son's '78 has 205/60X13 right now, and I think this is a much more appropriate size for wide tires -- the 5 1/2 inch rims are wide enough to support them, but if your 2002 has narrower rims, that could be a problem, too.
