: I still haven't been able to adjust the idle to be quite right, it's too low and then I fix it and then drive a while, then it's too low again. What could this be, cold start valve or something like this not working?

: Next problem is that it'll turn on, and drive around, and after I shut it down and come back to it a while later, it won't turn on. It'll turn but like it seems like it's not getting gas because it's not even trying to start, and there is spark. So I mess around with the relays in the fuse box, pulling them out and putting them back in, and then it'll start. What's going on with that?
