I'm trying to figure out this car I'm looking at. The vin plate inside the front door column says it is a 320/6 and was manufactured in April, 1977. It has an M series emblem on the right rear trunk lid and has Alpina painted across the back. It's a red, two door. I checked the Alpina site and I can find no mention of any E21 produced during that time. I don't know a lot (yet) about these beasts but I would like to learn. Can anyone help me ID this BMW??
