crankshaft pulley??? I think it does. If so, you need to mark the outer edge of the pulleys and the inner part, even on the nut, and see if the outer ring of pulleys is slipping relative to the inner core because of a deteriorated rubber bond between them. It happens every few years on SAAB 900s because the pulley is located in such a hot spot just in front of the firewall and very close to the headers.
