I have a couple of exhaust systems in excellent shape that I will not fit my 323i or any of my other bimmers.
Shippig needs to be added from Utah.
A Tii exhaust manifold is available for both at $130

1) Center resonator and muffler oem bmw $75
2) after market high flow resonator and rear muffler with
Bosal BroSpeed exhuast tip. $125

Both will of course hang from existing exhaust hangers for easy bolt on installation.
