Good Price? '92 318i anything I should know about (archive)

I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a 92 318i convertable with 107k miles on it. What do you guys think a good price for the car would be? And are there any issues with the 92 318i I should be concerned about. The previous owner had just put a new roof on it as well.
