value of '80 is? (archive)

I have a friend who is the original owner of a '80 320is. It is in very good condition. Very very original. The only aftermarket item is cruise control. Has 135k miles. Has a problam starting after being warmed up. I would like to know what this car is worth. Interior is in great shape. Drivers seat is worn on side. Original paint is in descent shape.
