Check the archives of this board. People sell the turbo kit on here fairly regularly for about $1000.00. You can't buy it new anymore. The only other way to get your M10 to really wake up is to change that low compression ratio from 8.3 to at least 9 or 9.5. Have it bored out to 2.0 liter while you are at it. Good exhaust, K&N filter and uprated ignition will help a little too. Good luck!
