Free Oil Change in Bay Area? (archive)

Does anyone know any places in the Bay Area that offer free oil change for BMWs? I used to live in Chicago and there is a BMW body shop that gives free first-time oil change if you sign up as a member of their website. I wonder if there are some stores in the valley with similar offerings. Please e-mail me if you know anything. Thanks!
