Robert's right on.

TO reiterate (w/out the anti shimmy disc installed):

1) the washer w/ the rubber oring fits onto the sway bar first.

2) the lower control arms fit thru sway bar next, with rubber oring of washer in step (1) mating to face of control arm.

3) the metal washer fits through sway bar next. THis metal washer, with no rubber oring, is just like a fender washer, only sized appropriately for the swaybar.

4) the large nut screws on the sway bar and secures all parts tightly.

5) Torque the nut. Specifications call for torquing this nut with the car's weight on the tires, not with the tires hanging off of jack stands.
