I am about to do an entire back-flush of the coolant system, replace all hoses, and the thermostat (low-temp) in an effort to improve cooling in heavy traffic.

My question: Which hose is the supply, and which one is the return, to the heater core? I want to back-flow in an effort to loosen crud inside.

Any help, or comments are welcome.
