What's it worth - 83 320 (archive)

Have a 83 320i that I loved for years. Tires, starter, battery, sheepskins are new. Interior very clean. Mileage is about 90K. Needs paint. Could use good tune up - haven't used car for a while. No rust (live in NM). What's a fair price. TIA.
