auto to 5spd swap, right-hand-drive '82 E21 323i? (archive)

Anyone been through this? Anything more than the obvious, i.e. changes to ignition or fuel injection?

I'm in Sydney, Australia. If this swap is not a major pain to accomplish, I will be looking for all the necessary bits.
I would prefer the Getrag 245 box, but would consider a std 5 spd if available at a good price in good cond.
