There is a tire and wheel wholesaler called the Tire Rack. They run big ads in the Roundel and can be found on the web at www.tirerack.com. These guys have everything under the sun for your cars' wheels and tires. They cater to BMW drivers and usually can ship anything within a day. I would try here for your lug-bolts...
