I HAVE AN 83 BMW 320I, AND EVERYBODY TELLS ME TO GET RID OF THAT HIDIOUS E21 FRONT BUMPER!! I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE I COULD GET THIS DONE AT, BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS APPROXIMENTLY HOW MUCH THIS WOULD HURT MY WALLET?

Here is the opposite view: KEEP THE U.S. SPECIFICATION BUMPERS. They're great. When some moron bumps into you in a parking lot (at low speed), the bumpers absorb the shock. That's exactly what they were designed to do. Why get rid of a useful function, especially if you have to spend time and money to do so? It's not worth hurting your wallet on a 20-year-old car to do a purely cosmetic change; save your money for functional repairs.
