Seems like a lot of my follow ups messages are only partially displayed when I hit the "followup" tool. The first part of the message is lost/missing as it goes out to the list. What am I doing wrong? Or is it no problem....

I'm not sure what you are describing. Drop me an email with a full description of what is happening along with any pointers to URLs that might show the problem if I were to click on them.
