Hi, my gear makes some annoying noise when idle, if I press the clutch the sound is gone. Also 2nd is a bit hard to engage, must be syncros worn out, or something. My question is, I've heard a lot about redline mtl trans. fluid, but as I live in Argentina, I can't find it easlily, do you think it's worth the effort????
Do you know any online dealer for this oil???

My experience with Redline MTL was that it made shifting much easier, especially when the car was cold. My transmission did not make the noises you describe, but it was stiff when cold and, as in your case, second was difficult to engage. The Redline made it much easier to shift under all conditions, hot or cold. Highly recommended.
