I don't have any experience pulling these things out. Do you really have to force them? The reason I need to take them off is to get to my starter, so I have to pull off the fuel injection intake manifold, which would come off at this point except the injectors are in the way.

The Haynes manual says to disconnect the tube, you unscrew the top nut from the inhjector, and "prise" off the hose. Again, I am having to really torque to get these apart, and I don't want to over force them; do you really have to torque hard?

Any help would be appreciated.
