No one makes a kit for that car, there used to be a couple of different kits but now only if you find one used. I would check ebay.
power is around 180hp with a callaway turbo, about equal to a 5.0l mustang in performance. If you want real power your going to spend around $6000 for 300hp.

I have an '81 320iS and would LOVE to get my hands on a turbo kit. I hear that these kits boost performance like ten-fold and was wondering if anyone has any information on them. I already contacted Dinan, Callaway, AC, and no one has helped me out!
