Ok I have had my 1981 320i for about a year now and I want to fix the back end of it. As you can see here "ttp://the-outpost.hypermart.net/Pics/back.jpg" the panel along the back has some rust and is really startgin to flake. Does anybody any easy low cost sugestions I can do to make it look good? I'm about too and try sell my 320i and buy a 325is and I'm thinking it will sell easer with that fixed.. thanx for your help!!

Hi, you might have to take off the rear bumper and the rubber trim just above the bumper, sand off the rust till bare metal. If the body panel is peforated you might have to cut it off and weld in another panel. You could save some cents if you do this on you own. Priming and painting after the body work is done should best be left to the pros for a blending finish.
Did u install a CD player in the 90deg position?
