yes, it would fit your car, but you would have 2 or 3 parts to change : Some of the hoses are not long enough as one has a 4 cyl engine and the other one is a 6 cyl. You would also have to fit an oil filter adapter which is the same for E30 320 or 325, and you can get at a BMW store.
