Good....you are.

The probelm is vexing - instead of ripping and replacing everything lets take a look first.

1. Clutch pedal goes to the floor with little resistance.
2. Brake fluid resavoir is full
3. Bled brakes using bleed valve on secondary (with a friend)
4. Air is still in the top feed line going to the master cyl
5. Took secondary off and the rod extends under pressure (about 20mm). Expelled remaining air from secondary


Possibilities:
1. Master sucking in air? Then there would be a leak of fluid but there is none, anywhere.
2. Seconary has seen better days and fluid is bypassing piston. Again no fluid evident on examination.
3. Clutch bearing is stuck engaged?????
