It looks like you have checked some of the obvious sources of trouble and have spent a lot of time. If you are sure there is no cracks that cause coolant leakage, now it is time for the more drastic step: buy a new radiator and thermostat (and new hoses if necessary). Flush the engine, install the new components, and your problems should be over. Use RedLine water wetter with the new coolant. This will all cost a bit, but I don't see what other choice you have.
