did I happen upon a sport steering wheel? (archive)

I was junkyarding today, looking for random stuff, when I found a three-spoke, leather, BMW factory steering wheel in the trunk of an absolutely trashed 320i. It had another wrap around it, but after cutting that away I found that it was orignially leather, and even had that BMW "old leather" scent. The hub is connected, and the part number on the back of the hub is:
1 120 145.1

Is this the 320iS wheel? I'm putting it on anyway, it's a nice looking wheel, the reason I'm asking is because it is unfortunately missing the horn ring/button. Does anyone know where I can pick one of these up? Also, is there a good place to get the outer leather redone? any thoughts are, as always, greatly appreciated. Thanks!
