My 6' 5" son has just acquired a 1981 320i ... we are looking for a source for an extended front seat track or any advice on how we might be able to relocate the front seat back about 2" - 3".

A reference in a BMW Enthusiast's book mention seats from Flofit with an extended track but Flofit seem to have converted to making wheelchairs (go figure).

My thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice....


If you have stock seats currently you can order extended seat rails, PN: 52 10 1 900 995 drivers side outer, and 52 10 1 900 993 drivers side inner. Total cost for both is about $90.00. I have them in stock here if you need them.
