Hello,

Remove the panel under your dash on the drivers side, remove the hard plastic panel below your steering colum. Two phillips head screws hold the turn signal arm. Follow the wireing from the turn signal and you find a m/f plug. Go to your local pick-n-pull junk yard and get a new one. I'm not sure if there is relay, I don't think so. btw I used to have a tooth pick in my hazard switch too, it worked very well. When you are at the junk get a new hazard switch also.

Everything seems to work. Hazard lights work when I pull out the toothpick, but I can figure why the turn signals won't work, bulbs work on the Hazard so I think it must be the relay.
