It's hard to tell sometimes if people are sincere and incredibly naive or just joking, but it sounds like you are driving a car which is a serious hazard to your health. If you have already verified the soundness of the basic exhaust pipe system, you will need to check the piping of the exhaust gas recirculation system and/or the air pump. In any case, you've probably also got a defective seal around the fresh air plenum at the back of the hood or rust holes in the floor somewhere which need immediate attention. The life you save may be your own.
