OK, ever drive a 2002 and a 320? Notice how the back end of the 320 wants to go everywhere? That's geometry...poor geometry. Too light a rear end. The 2002 is a lighter car but feels MUCH more planted and stable. Ever feel that front end shimmy in your 320? Never felt one like that in a 2002. Geometry. Can you believe that more people like the ride of the OLDER 2002 compared to the 320? UNBELIEVABLE, I say! K-Jet is OK, but try fixing it, or better yet, replacing the fuel distributor, and your wallet will tell you why the simple carburetor (albeit primitive) is nice. So you have to tinker a little more... Even '89 Toyota Corollas had carbs (some did), and we all know the passion the Japanese automakers have for technology and practicality. Those carbs last a long time without tuning... Try going to an EFI system or DIS and you'll have THREE nice dual carb set-ups by the time you drum up the money to pay for your ignition/fuel delivery system. But, then again, if your K-Jet is working, why bother getting rid of it?
