Depends on which kind of 323i it is. An '83 323i SHOULD really be an E30, but late '82 E21 323i's were often mis-titled as '83s when they were imported. So if it's an E21 you need between 12 and 17 mm offset. If it's an E30, you want somewhere around 28 mm.
