You will need a 3mm T-handle allen wrench (if yours is 80-83 this will need to be 12" or longer), and a straight blade screwdriver.
**Warning: hack way to do mixture adjustment (but it works).

1. Start engine and let it idle until warm (half way on temp guage).
2. Insert the 3mm allen wrench into the CO screw on your fuel distributor.
3. Slowly turn the wrench clockwise until the engine's RPMs drop, then turn counter-clockwise until it drops again.
--Note---
If you have 80-83 unplug O2 sensor before doing the above
---end Note---
4. Half way between these two points is the correct mixture.
5. With your screwdriver set the idle to about 1,000 RPMs
---Note---
on 77-79 models the idle adjustment screw is between #2 and #3 intake runners looking from the driver's side. On 80-83 models stand on the passenger side and look between the intake manifold and the valve cover.

Cheers,
M
