currently I have the engine down to the block and head, with all the valves still on. I just have a few questions about the engine. on the intake, after the filter, inside of that bellow, theres an aluminum disk thats in the path of airflow, but is able to move with air pressure, is this required? what would happen if i removed it when i reinstalled the rest of the intake? does it have anything to do with k-jet?
my other question is about a header. is it worth it? in performance compared to the manifold, whats really the difference?
