How much can I expect to pay for a brand new 325I(2001) and what are the interest rates that BMW dealers give?

Should I just get a 328 (2000) and save money? How much do they cost? Is it worth taking a step back to 2000 and how are the 323’s are they just as good and a lot cheaper or is it you get what you pay for?

Please give all financial info anyone has, I’m going to check a few out at the dealer this weekend and I do not want to go in there blindly on the pricing and interest rate info.
